What to expect when I call.

Step 1:

  • Have your machine serial number ready
  • Be prepared to provide an overview of your current challenge 
  • After we assess the issue, we try to fix the issue over the phone with your maintenance technician and a Pearson Technical Support Representative.  We've found this is a fast and effective approach to solving most issues.

Step 2:

If the issue is unable to be resolved with telephone support: 

  • Our Pearson Technical Support Representative will help coordinate a service trip with our dedicated Service Scheduler.  
  • The Service Scheduler takes into consideration your hours of operation and works with you to determine the best time to have a Service Technician visit your plant. 

How fast can I schedule a service trip?

Pearson's response times are some of the fastest in the industry.  With 14 Service Technicians often working around the clock, we always promise to do our best in providing you service in a timely manner.  Our scheduling varies depending on equipment installations, locations of service technicans, and cancellations.  Our dedicated Service Scheduler strives to solve your issue as quickly as possible.
