Designed to Perform
The RDC-MX is designed to receive a full pallet from a conveyor system. Once the RDC-MX secures the pallet, a highly reliable multi-axis robotic arm moves over the pallet, picks a specified amount of product off of the pallet and transfers it onto a discharge conveyor. The RDC-MX removes product layer by layer until the pallet it empty. Once the pallet is empty it is discharged from the system to allow for another pallet to enter.

Flexibility
Pearson’s RDC-MX Robotic Depalletizing Cell is designed with flexibility in mind. Multiple pallets with various product sizes can be handled by one cell. By utilizing custom end-of-arm-tooling, the RDC-MX can be upgraded for new pallet sizes and orientations without changing out the entire cell.
