R235 Case Erector Upgrade Descriptions

 

Quick Adjust Mandrel, Overhead and Magazine Hold Down Assemblies

Improve the changeover and ease of use for your R235 Case Erector with the Quick Adjust upgrades for the Mandrel, Overhead and Magazine Hold Down sections of the machine.  This upgrade changes out the standard manual adjustments with hand crank wheels and digital counters that provide precise  adjustment when changing case sizes.  And depending on your needs, you can upgrade each section individually or all at once.  Request Info

Poly Belt Drive & Stabilizer

Improve the mechanical operation of your R235's magazine pullout arm with the Poly Belt Drive & Stabilizer upgrade.  This upgrade reduces issues related to the standard chain assembly including stretching, tensioning, jumping teeth and loss of timing.  With fewer wear parts, the Poly Belt Drive also eliminates the need for chain lubrication.  Request Info

Minor Flap Kickers

Upgrade the Flap Kickers of your R235 Case Erector and see improved reliability and performance from your machine.  The Minor Flap Kicker upgrade is designed to improve the operation of your Flap Kickers with the use of solid aluminum kickers instead of the standard kickers that require regular resetting or straightening out over time.  The kit includes improved rotary actuator cylinders and flow controls that result in less wear parts and less down time for maintenance.  Request Info

Magazine Extension

Increase the output of your R235 Case Erector with a magazine extension upgrade.  Pearson can add capacity to your magazine with extensions allowing for longer production runs and a reduction in labor and frequency of reloading the knocked down cases into the machine.  Lengths can be added in 4', 6' or 8' extensions. Depending on the serial number of your machine, some engineering may be required for the addition of a magazine extension.  Request Info

Complete R235 Machine Refurbish Kit

Pearson Packaging Systems stands behind the machines we manufacture.  In addition to individual retrofits and upgrades, Pearson also can refurbish your R235 Case Erector while it is still in your facility.  Our Complete R235 Machine Refurbish Kit is designed for the complete replacement of cylinders, bearings, rod-ends, flow controls, chains, shafts, sprockets and bearings along with other items needing replacement due to the age of the machine or discontinued parts.  Service is recommended for the installation of the R235 Machine Refurbish kit.  Pearson can schedule for you one of our Regional Field Service Technicians to come to your facility and get your machine upgraded and running like when it was brand new.  Request Info
