The DTL-240 is optimized for packing a wide range of flat bagged products into RSC/HSC cases or trays at speeds up to 240 products per minute (30 cases per minute) using industry proven drop packing technology. This innovative multipacking infeed performs at speeds up to 300 bars per minute, per infeed lane. Also the design offers the capability to accept up to five vertical infeed lanes. This compact design has a minimal foot print and allows for fast changeover.

Mr. Denny brings over 25 years of experience leading sales teams and has tenure working for General Dynamics Itronix, where he was the Vice President-North America Commercial Markets, Vice President-Energy, State and Local Government Markets and Vice President-Energy Markets. He holds a bachelor's of science in business marketing from the University of Idaho.

Andrea "AZ" Zaman has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Pearson Packaging Systems. Zaman has been with Pearson Packaging Systems since October of 2005 and has over 15 years of accounting experience. She has worked publically for LeMaster & Daniels PLLC and Moss Adams LLC. Zaman holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Washington University. She is actively involved in multiple community organizations and is part of Leadership Spokane class of 2008.

Pearson Packaging Systems Signs Agreement to Sell CT Pack Multipacking Equipment

Spokane, Wash. - Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of secondary packaging equipment, is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive co-marketing agreement with CT Pack. Pearson will be the supplier of CT Pack's Vortex Systems Multipacking equipment in North America and will sell this product line as part of a complete end-of-line solution for customers. "Multipacking" is different from "case packing", and is the process whether partially or entirely automated, by which a product is packed into a container that is then packed into a secondary container such as a case, tray, tote, or otherwise for palletizing and distribution.

Site offers larger videos, Twitter feed, and easier navigation

All product pages have been reconfigured to optimize search times, include product videos that automatically start, and have tabs organizing brochures, videos, and forms to start a project. Pearson Packaging Systems Opens New Chicago Area Office

Spokane, Wash. - Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of secondary packaging equipment, is pleased to announce it has moved its Waukegan office to a new facility in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The 9,000 sq. ft. facility has been completely remodeled to accommodate 14 offices, 20 work stations, 3 conference rooms, and 1,200 sq. ft. dedicated to product testing and proof of concept work. The Vernon Hills location is 24 miles north of Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

“Our new office in Chicago (Vernon Hills) is up and running with our sales, engineering, project management, and service personnel moving in a couple weeks ago,” said Michael A. Senske, President and CEO. “The new facility will serve as a convenient location for our customers to meet with key Pearson personnel to discuss projects and conduct design reviews. PMMI Names New Board Members, Executive Committee

Arlington, Va.; Nov. 10, 2009 – The PMMI membership elected four new members to the PMMI Board of Directors. In addition, the Board of Directors elected its Executive Committee for 2010.

“Each one of these new board members has already demonstrated a commitment to PMMI in their committee activities and other roles at PMMI,” said Bob Risley, PMMI nominating committee chairman and corporate development executive, Intralox, LLC. Pearson Introduces New Compact Case Sealer

Product helps customers enter market

Spokane, Wash. - Pearson Packaging Systems is offering a new CS15-T Case Sealer, the latest addition to their Case Sealing product line. The CS15-T is a compact, fully automatic machine designed to top seal cases with pressure sensitive tape. It operates between 15 and 25 cases per minute, depending on case size.

Unit adapts for different packaging styles

This compact and user-friendly system features a case erector, an ergonomically designed conveyor system, hand packing station and a case sealer. The VP15-T is designed with an S-curve conveyor allowing the system to accommodate most rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible products at speeds up to 15 cases per minute.

Otto has over 35 years of consumer product operations management experience, working with Ralston Purina, National Beverage Corporation, and most recently Coca-Cola Enterprises where he was the V.P. of Engineering.

Pearson Standardizes on PackML Machinery Language

NEW Case Erector From Pearson

Spokane, WA - Pearson Packaging Systems introduces the latest edition to their case erector product line with the NEW CE15-T Case Erector. Pearson's CE15-T (patents pending)is an innovative new case erector capable of forming and sealing cases at speeds up to 15 cases per minute. The 45° angled powered magazine allows for the machine to have a small footprint while maintaining positive case advancement into the forming area. Once the case is advanced, opposing vacuum is established on the case for forming. With both sides of the case held by vacuum, the case is positively opened with shorter movement through the machine. Once opened, tape is applied and the formed case is discharged from the machine.
