Upgrade with the Three Rs

Upgrading your existing machine can be a fast way to adapt to today's standards, provide energy savings and enhance performance.  Some options include everything from quick changeover, air consumption reduction, magazine extensions, or ergonomic options.  Our engineering team has created a list of recommended upgrade kits for you to consider.  At the time of order, these kits are customized for your machine by serial number  View the recommended upgrade kit list at http://parts.pearsonpkg.com.

Retrofits

We know your business changes, and so do the demands on your equipment.  If marketing just changed your product size requiring a completely different pack pattern and box style, Pearson can work with you to determine which solution is most cost effective.  Many times, a retrofit is applicable.  For a fraction of the cost of a new machine, you can ship us your current equipment, or we can perform this retrofit in your plant to accommodate the new specifications.  With Pearson as your right-hand resource you can tell your marketing department to bring it on!

Rebuilds

If your equipment has met its life expectancy, and you still need it on the line, we can help manage your costs by rebuilding the machine.  Just ship it back to Pearson and we'll rebuild it for typically 60-80% of the current new machine price.  Once the machine is back in our shop, we strip it down, sandblast the frame and rebuild it from the ground up with new mechanical and electrical parts.  We apply the latest safety upgrades and include our "restored to new" one year warranty.  Then we run the machine through our quality assurance check-out process and send it back to you.  Depending on the model we can even apply new options to help simplify your production runs.

Refurbish

Pearson continues to refine our machine designs even after they leave our floor.  That's why we offer the option of refurbishing to help our customers run their machines more efficiently.  Ship your machine back to Pearson or invite us to your plant floor and we'll apply new parts and safety standard upgrades.  Generally less expensive than a rebuild, the new parts have a one year warranty.  Refurbished machines are then tested with our quality assurance check-out process before shipping back to you.  Armed with the latest safety upgrades and the latest parts, you're ready to keep products running.
