Michael A. Senske, President & CEO

Mr. Senske joined Pearson Packaging Systems in 1997. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems, he has held a wide variety of positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. Senske assumed the role of President in 2003. Prior to working at Pearson Packaging Systems, he worked in the Product Support Services division of the Consumer Division Unit at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Senske graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program.  Mr. Senske is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) - Pacific Northwest Chapter and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Colmac Holding Company.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Greater Spokane Incorporated and is the current Chairman for the Empire Health Foundation.

Andrea Zaman, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Zaman has been with Pearson since October of 2005.  She has over 15 years of accounting experience and worked publically for LeMaster & Daniels PLLC and Moss Adams LLC.  Ms. Zaman holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Washington University.  She is actively involved in multiple community organizations and is part of Leadership Spokane class of 2008.

Randy Denny, Vice President of Sales & Marketing 

Randy Denny joined Pearson Packaging Systems in September 2010. Mr. Denny has 25 years of experience with strategic sales planning and execution. He has worked for General Dynamics Itronix where he was Vice President-North America Commercial Markets, Vice President-Energy, State and Local Government Markets and Vice President-Energy Markets. Mr. Denny also worked for Itron, Inc. as Worldwide Product Manager.  Mr. Denny has a bachelor's of science in Business Marketing from the University of Idaho.   

Leo Robertson, Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Robertson joined Pearson in November 1990 as a Design Engineer. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems he has served in a variety of engineering design and management positions. In 1999 he was promoted to Product Manager directing new product development and product life cycle management activities. In 2007 he assumed the role of Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Robertson's career in Engineering and Product Management spans over 27 years in the packaging automation industry including Design and Project Engineering positions at Sabel Engineering Corporation.

Rick Daily, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Daily joined Pearson in September 1980, as Manufacturing Operator and has advanced within the company through various positions in manufacturing and assembly.  These roles included Supervisor, Manager and Director of Operations leading to his current position of Vice President of Operations which Mr. Daily assumed in 2007.  Mr. Daily has extensive Lean Manufacturing expertise, and is a Pearson certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
