CS40-G Case Sealer Overview
Pearson Packaging Systems' CS40-G Case Sealer is the newest addition to the Pearson product line. This fully-guarded case sealer is available in either mild or stainless steel construction. The CS40-G will top seal a wide-range of case sizes with hot melt glue at speeds up to 40 cases per minute.

Designed to Perform
Pearson’s CS40-G is a fully automatic case sealer that includes a host of new and innovative features. By utilizing continuous motion and Pearson’s innovative Compensating Independent Roller System™ (patented) and our Synchronous Drive System™, the CS40-G will consistently and reliably seal cases weighing up to 65lbs (29.5Kg). Need to go faster than 40 cases per minute? As the length of the case gets smaller the machine will seal cases even faster. Plus, with the newly designed, externally accessible adjustment points, changing over to different case sizes is easier and quicker than ever.
