Mrs. Senske was born & raised in Spokane, where her father started Pearson Packaging Systems, originally R. A. Pearson Company, in 1955. She graduated from Washington State University in 1968. In 1985, Mrs. Senske was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company, and from 1986 to the present has been a full-time employee. Since that time, she has held the positions of V. P. Administration, President & General Manager, and is currently Chairman of the Board. Mrs. Senske has served on the Boards of Directors of the Association of Washington Business, the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce and Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho (GSEWHI).
Mr. Senske joined Pearson Packaging Systems in 1997. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems, he has held a wide variety of positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. Senske assumed the role of President in 2003. Prior to working at Pearson Packaging Systems, he worked in the Product Support Services division of the Consumer Division Unit at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Senske graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program. Mr. Senske is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) - Pacific Northwest Chapter and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Colmac Holding Company. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Greater Spokane Incorporated and is the current Chairman for the Empire Health Foundation.
Mr. Gibson has more than 30 years of experience working in globally competitive engineering and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Gibson currently serves as General Manager - Pacific Rim Region for Pyrotek, Inc., the world’s leading supplier of consumable products and melt treatment solutions for the aluminum industry. Previously, Mr. Gibson served as Vice President, Global Operations and Engineering for Telect, Inc., a global leader in the development, manufacturing and service of innovative connectivity products for the data and telecommunications industries. He was responsible for managing global operations in the United States, Mexico, and Poland.
Mr. Leech was Founder and Chairman of CrossCom National, Inc. CrossCom National installs and services voice and data systems for large U.S. retailers including WalMart, Walgreens, Starbucks, and TJ Maxx. evolve LLC, also founded by Mr. Leech, is a consulting and membership organization designed to help business owners with their succession and transition plans. Mr. Leech recently sold his controlling interest in CrossCom National to a private equity investor and is devoting his time to various philanthropic endeavors.
Mr. Schildge currently serves as President of CRP Industries Inc. CRP is a supplier of technically demanding automotive and industrial components to the North American replacements market. Prior to CRP, Mr. Schildge was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Schildge earned a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering, Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
Mr. Gerber has over 20 years of global high technology market experience and is currently CEO at IT-Lifeline, a provider of cloud computing based disaster recovery services. Prior to joining IT-Lifeline, Mr. Gerber was CEO at SprayCool, a technology leader in implementing liquid cooling systems for electronics. Mr. Gerber transitioned out of his role at SprayCool after the successful sale of the company to Parker Hannifin Corporation in February 2010. Prior to joining SprayCool, Mr. Gerber was a key member of the executive team that tripled revenuse and sold Itronix, a global leader in mission critical mobile computing, to General Dynamics in September 2005. Mr. Gerber held various executive positions at Itronix including Sr. VP for Global Sales and Marketing, Sr. VP for Product Line Management, VP of European Operations and VP of Marketing. Prior to Itronix, he was with Norand Corporation, a leading manufacturer of rugged computing solutions based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Mr. Gerber holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Hofstra University. Mr. Gerber sits on boards for IT-Lifeline, the International Trade Alliance, and The Gee Companies in addition to serving on Pearson Packaging Systems' board.
Mr. Pearson has over 22 years working in the criminal justice system of the City of Spokane and the State of Washington. Mr. Pearson is currently employed by the Washington State Department of Corrections, and previously was employed by the Spokane Police Department. He is an active member of the Pearson family council and represents the third generation of Pearson family ownership on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Otto has 40 years of operations management experience with such notable companies as Ralston Purina, National Beverage Corporation and Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world's largest bottler of Coca-Cola products. His varied roles included Plant Manager, Operations Vice-President and Vice-President of Engineering responsible for capital planning and project execution for 68 manufacturing facilities. Mr. Otto founded the Ultrasonic Technologies Company that provides packaging and process solutions utilizing ultrasonic technology for consumer product companies which he recently sold. Mr. Otto received his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and currently resides in Big Canoe, Georgia near Atlanta.
